The emphasis of the adult program at 7:45 on Mondays is self defense. There are other class times are available including children’s programs. Beginners or advanced students welcomed. Instruction is appropriate for your age and fitness. Develop confidence, learn to defend yourself, and have a little fun while you’re at it.
